Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

It's all about to "do the right projects", to achieve your company targets. A balanced Project Portfolio has to be aligned with your company strategy. Accordingly it will support you to achieve your targets. Capacity Management is included as well, which is aside from the strategic alignment, the foundation to be able to deliver and make it happen!

Project Management Office (PMO)

A centralized function, which serves and supports your organization to your needs. There is no "one size fits all".
